At the end of January, the Design Radar team visited Caccaro's headquarters in Villa del Conte, Italy, for an intensive training session. We discovered and tested the latest premium furniture solutions created by the Italian brand.
The showroom within the company's headquarters is a 500 sqm space completely renovated and reorganized in 2023. The design project is carried out by Monica Graffeo and R&D Caccaro and reinterprets the No-Wall House concept, launched at Salone del Mobile 2023.
The newest design trend: the house without walls
"No-Wall House" is a new and revolutionary concept, launched by Caccaro at Salone del Mobile 2023, and also a growing trend in global interior design.
Furniture takes the place of walls and delimits spaces in a fluid and uniform way, creating from scratch rooms for dressing rooms, living areas or bedrooms. The perfect integration between Caccaro systems reorganizes the space in a fluid and continuous way, at the border between furniture and architecture.
What are the advantages of this system?
1. Efficient use of space – for example, instead of an unusable drywall or brick wall, you can have a functional closet, so more space for storage;
2. Faster and more efficient construction site development, without construction and finishing works that delay and jeopardize the final result;
3. Uniform and minimalist appearance: the walls are finished in exactly the same shade and texture;
4. Special atmosphere – veneer, for example, provides warmth to spaces;
5. Versatility - cladding is available in various materials - stone, wood veneer, melamine.
The new Architype system was born as an expression of furniture in an architectural key and is aimed primarily at architects and interior designers, who can juggle these furniture systems in plan.
Modern furniture for living and dining room
For a harmonious interior design, the space must be thought of as an ensemble. Caccaro solutions are manufactured so that they can be combined in different compositions, maintaining a harmonious overall appearance.
Custom made dressings
Caccaro custom-made wardrobe systems offer advanced door solutions: swing doors, with total silent opening, Total Opening (the harmonic opening system patented by Caccaro).
"Woodwork has started to be used again: the combination of cladding and doors in the same finish adds value to a space. The profiles developed by Caccaro make the assembly of these systems extremely easy - the panels are modular and can be installed even by the specialist who assembles the furniture", specifies Pavel Căruntu, CEO of Design Radar. 
Another advantage of these products is the possibility of maximum customization. Using finishes from the same manufacturer for panels and furniture fronts, visual uniformity is achieved. The transition from one type of door to another is imperceptible – the connection between them is made through an aluminum profile, from the same manufacturer.
You can equip an entire wall with storage furniture, shelves, technical area, clothes rails, etc. Closed doors and panels create a minimalist look and do not visually burden the space.
BEDROOM
The Italian brand offers bedroom furniture : beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobes, shelves. The collections developed by Caccaro allow the creation of complete compositions for modern bedrooms. The boiserie-type wall coverings ensure uniformity and coherence of the interior design. The finishes are extremely varied, and the customization possibilities are maximum.
Caccaro - 65 years of furniture made in Italy

In 1958, Salvino Caccaro founded Mobilificio Caccaro, an artisanal company producing quality wooden bedroom furniture. Since then, the company has been based in Villa del Conte, in the Italian Veneto region.
