Yes, we work with many architects and interior designers, who benefit from our full support, including technical support. We regularly organize trainings and factory visits to familiarize them with the variety of solutions on the market.

Recessed solutions have multiple components behind them that need to be hidden in the walls/ceiling/scaffolding. Everything needs to be thought out and planned in advance: if you have already applied the plaster, for example, it is too late to think about hidden spots. Fortunately, we have many solutions for these situations as well, but the ideal option is to turn to us when the house is in the red.

Yes! All products sold by Design Radar have a manufacturer's warranty.

All the lighting fixtures we sell are LED. We do not recommend lighting fixtures with bulbs (GU10). LED has a much longer lifespan (up to 120,000h), equivalent to about 40 years, at an average consumption of 8h per day. The most important thing is our visual comfort: from this point of view, LED technology is much more advanced and protects our eyes. At the same time, LED technology reduces electricity consumption.

Yes, most of the products can be ordered and paid for directly from the Design Radar online store. There are exceptions (e.g. furniture) that cannot be purchased directly, but a price can be requested using the "Request a quote" button.

The delivery time varies depending on the product - products in stock are delivered within a maximum of 2-3 working days in Romania, and special order products are delivered according to the manufacturers' deadlines, communicated for each individual case.
