Payment Methods

To purchase products from the Design Radar store, we offer the following payment methods: cash or card payment in the physical store, cash on delivery (cash on delivery), online payment by card, payment in installments via Klarna, bank transfer (OP).

Cash or card payment in store

In the checkout step, you can choose the “Personal pickup from the store” option. In the payment method selection section, you will have all the payment methods available. If you choose cash on delivery (cash on delivery) payment, you will be able to pay both in cash and by card when you pick up your order.

Payment by cash on delivery system

Payment in the cash on delivery system, also called “Cash on delivery” or “Cash on delivery payment” in checkout, is made in full upon delivery of the order. Payment will be made in cash (RON) upon delivery of the package. You will pay the courier the amount on the invoice, namely the value of the products and, if applicable, the shipping fee.

Online payment by card

Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. The accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard. There are no additional transaction fees.

If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. In this case, no additional transaction fee will be charged.

How can you pay online with your card?

On the checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the option “Pay online with card”. You can enter your card details directly from the checkout page, without being redirected to another page. Make sure that all order details and card details are correct and click “PAY NOW”.

The transaction will also be confirmed by email, to the account address created in the Design Radar platform or to the email address entered on the checkout page. If the payment was not authorized, you will be able to try again immediately after the failed payment message is displayed.

Bank transfer (payment order)

On the Checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the option “Payment order”. Choose the option, check all other fields and place the order.

After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary information that needs to be entered on the payment order. Only after payment confirmation will the order be processed. For a faster process, please contact us and send us a copy of the payment order.

Payment in 3 installments with 0% interest via Klarna

When you choose Klarna at checkout, you have the option to buy now and pay for your purchase later. It's easy and secure to use.

Divide the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments so you can pay for it over time. The first installment is charged when your order is processed, and the other 2 are automatically debited every 30 days from the debit or credit card of your choice. With Klarna, you have the flexibility to buy interest-free.
